LinguaLink360 ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using our healthcare management platform. By using LinguaLink360, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

We collect information that identifies or relates to you and your patients ("Personal Data"):

• Subscriber/User Information: Name, email address, phone number, clinic/organization name, and professional credentials.
• Patient Data: Any health-related information, clinical notes, assessment forms, and contact details entered into the Platform by you.
• Usage Data: Automatically collected information such as IP addresses, device type, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

We process your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• Manage user accounts and provide technical support.
• Conduct research, statistical analysis, and service optimization (as detailed in Section 8.6 of our Terms).
• Ensure security, perform diagnostics, and investigate potential breaches.
• Comply with legal obligations under the laws of Pakistan.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) who are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, such as a court order or directive from competent authorities under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data at rest and in transit.
• Strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• Regular security assessments and internal monitoring.

• Active Subscriptions: We retain data as long as your account is active and necessary for providing services.
• Termination: Upon cancellation or termination, we will retain your data for 180 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
• Trial Data: Data entered during a trial is retained for 30 days after expiry.

• Subscriber Control: As the data controller, you are responsible for obtaining patient consent for the collection and processing of their health data.
• Data Export: You have the right to request a copy of your data in a standard format (CSV/PDF) during the retention period following account termination.

Our Platform may integrate with services like Google Calendar or Zoom. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
